A photo of the flag was extracted from a PDF Document that I saved, but is not on-line anymore. It is newsletter from Summer 2007 of the Rich township, Cook County, Illinois. The photo shows the township flag - blue with white outline of the township seal on it. Text under the photo says :"...present attorney Mathias Delort with a Township flag..."
