The seal depicts a blue field with a golden disk to the right side with the
incorporation year. Eight sunrays radiate from the lower half of the disk.
Overlying the disc is the scales of justice with a dove holding an olive branch
just above it. Above the dove is a banner with the city name. Under the scales
is a banner with the motto: "Beauty, Loyalty, Honor and Pride."
