Description of the flag

On a white field, two green bars at hoist and fly, and in the centre the county seal, consisting of a white ring, bordered with gold teeth to look like a sun, the words KANKAKEE COUNTY 1853, and in the centre stylized design of three green trees rising above yellow fields.
