The flag of the City of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho is horizontally divided white over green and city seal in the center.

About the city:
"Coeur d'Alene is the largest city and county seat of Kootenai County, Idaho, United States. As of the 2000 census the population of Coeur d'Alene was 34,514 (2006 estimate: 41,328)."

The two white stars flanking the date should not be outlined in black; the borders were added by me for visibility, as the stars are - in the photo - white on a white field, only discernible by the different textures of the respective materials.
