Sea Colony is an unincorporated housing development area located in Sussex
County, Located Between the towns of Bethany Beach and South Bethany. The
community was constructed around 1972. It is one of many communities which are
self-contained residential zones which have populations of small towns, but are
mostly made of residential homes with some communities on occasions. Most of
them are constructed by a single real-estate developer. There are some occasions
in which they will create a flag for the community, usually displaying at the
entrance to the community or the local community center.
It uses a flag
with the community logo on a white field.
