Eagle Meadows Housing Development

Eagle Meadows is an housing development area located within the Census-designated place of Rising Sun-Lebanon located in Kent County, It is one of many communities which are self-contained residential zones which have populations of small towns, but have no other infrastructure other then residential homes. Most of them are constructed by a single real-estate developer. There are some occasions in which they will create a flag for the community, usually displaying at the entrance to the community.

The flag is a purple field with the community logo in it.

The logo is made of the community name with "APARTMENT HOMES" under it. Above the community name is the city of Dover's name, Rising Sun-Lebanon, and Eagle Meadows is located next to Dover, It is not an Incorporated part of the city of Dover.
