The City of Rehoboth Beach has a new flag: http://delawarepublic.org/post/rehoboth-beach-getting-new-city-flag
City seal on a white field, with sea green border and "March 18, 1891" under the seal:

“The City has redesigned a flag with our new and updated City seal and our color palette. This is a new flag design that will be installed not only at City Hall on the flagpole but at other destinations that we have flagpoles around the city,” [city’s communications director Krys] Johnson said.

Johnson says the flag includes a white backdrop with a blue border and has the city seal and the date of Rehoboth’s incorporation on it. The City of Rehoboth Beach was incorporated on March 19, 1891.
