The flag consists of a seal variant centered on a dark blue field. Other than
the choice of colors, the seal on the flag has scrolls on it such as "SAVIN
ROCK".

Every available seal differs from the one on the flag. I emailed the city
clerk and was simply sent a seal that I already had. There might also be
different versions of the flag.
