Description of the flag

A blue-white-blue horizontal triband with a small seal centered, extending just into the blue stripes.

The flag of El Paso County was approved on April 13, 1976 in preparation for the Western regional conference of the National Association of Counties. Although the county seal has changed, the flag is the same as it can be seen flying in front of the Board of County Commissioners building.
