Description of the Flag

I noticed the flag of the city of Glendora in front of city hall. It is white with an approx. 1/20 height bright green border, and the city seal as seen at https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glendora,_California in the center. Above and below the seal are two flattened arcs of black text, the upper one reading CITY OF GLENDORA and the lower PRIDE OF THE FOOTHILLS.

As the motto suggests, the city is picturesquely hilly, being nestled at the foot of the San Gabriel mountains.
