I don't think what's in these photos is the flag of the Autauga County 
Sheriff's Office, but more likely a banner, along the lines of an advertisement 
or sign, that can be hung up to announce the presence of the Sheriff's Office at 
a carnival or fair. I've seen these same types of banners multiple times for 
different organizations around here in Virginia, including the Sheriff's Office, 
Fire Department, and various schools. These banners often have no relation to 
the organization's actual flag, simply bearing the name and logo of the 
organization. And I think this is the case for what we've found for the Autauga 
County Sheriff's Office, particularly with apparent dimensions close to 2.6:1 by 
my crude measurements.
