I located this Italian version of Wikipedia at http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volontari_delle_Nazioni_Unite which shows UN agency flags. The flag needs to be confirmed.

There was a question if this flag exists. According to http://www.rebrand.com/2007-merit-united-nations-volunteers, this logo was changed in 2007 and there is no associated flag with the UNV.
I cannot confirm the 2007 flag and it looked like it was made up by the Wikipedia user (flag was removed from the article in late 2015 to mirror the information from the English language article).
