The flag of Artvin used either horizontally (photo) or vertically (photo), is white with the municipality's emblem in the middle. "Belediye Başkanlığı" means "Municipality Presidency".

The former flag of Artvin (photo, photo) was white with a very similar emblem. "Belediyesi" means "Municipality".
