The Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) is a statutory board under
the Ministry of Finance. The agency's flag is a vertical tricolour of grey,
white, and light blue with the logo of the agency, a stylised old coin with a
square white void of two colours parted by an "s" across the coin diagonally,
charged at the centre of the white panel. See
http://www.iras.gov.sg/irasHome/page04.aspx?id=1920 for a more detailed
explanation of the logo. From the photos of the flag highlighted below, it seems
that the white panel is slightly larger than the grey and light blue panel. The
flag is flown at Revenue House, where the agency is housed.

The dark blue flag on the extreme right in one of the photos is that of
Singapore Customs, which has its headquarters in the same building.
