About the flag

Blue flag with the coat of arms of the city of Nefteyugansk in the center. It consists of a multicolored emblem, placed on a white rectangular panel, framed by a line of red color on the perimeter. In the upper part of the emblem, on a yellow background, inscription "НЕФТЕЮГАНСК". Emblem is made of stylized symbols: derrick, pipes and, on both sides, green pine trees, which symbolizes the richness of nature.
