(Krasnoarmeysk = of the Red Army)
Adoption date unknown. Three horizontal stripes of 
white, blue and red with the coat of 
arms over the white and blue stripes. The colors of the coat of arms 
symbolize northern part of city (blue) and its southern part (red). The 
symbols also alludes to the two geographical parts of the city and their 
main industries: gauge for the north, bobbin for the south. Ratio 2:3.
