Description of the flag

The flag of Lyambirsky district was found at https://krivlmb.schoolrm.ru/history/awards/?PAGEN_1=3&SIZEN_1=10 and https://geraldika.ru/s/40478. It is divided blue over green, ratio 3:1 with a golden rearing horse with rider, hands raised and bearing a white bunch of three tulips.
