The flag shown above is the flag of the Association of the Friends of the
Csangos in Italy.  On it is the sculpture of Saint Mary in Csíksomlyó - the
place of the Great Hungarian Pentecostal Festival. The colours red, white and
green relate to the Hungarian national colours. The Csángós are a religious and
national minority. They are appr. 300 000 Roman Catholic in Moldova (Romania),
and appr. 80 000 have known their ancestor's language: Hungarian.
More about the Csángós can be found at:

In a cultural center in Klézse village (Romanian: Cleja) I've seen a flag and
was told it is the flag of Csángó people. They are Hungarian speaking minority
in Moldova (a region of Romania).
The flag is white, with a red rectangle near the hoist and with rows of red and
green triangles alongside three sides of the flag (upper, lower and fly).
The rectangle is displayed vertically, it's hollow and horizontally divided. Its
both diagonals are shown and a small solid dot is displayed in its center.
The flag's hoist is to the observer's right and near the hoist the logos of four
organizations are shown:
The rectangle symbolizes metal parts of a traditional Csángó gate. I was told that it's also connected to the Old Hungarian (Rovás) Script letters "B" and "TY". Since to every letter of this alphabet a traditional meaning is usually attached, the symbol is supposedly to be read "Bél, father of all". The red and green triangles are referring to the red-white-green flag of Hungary. This Csango flag reminds me a little bit of the flag of Aromanian people: here

and the flag showing logo of the Szeret Klézse Fundation (shown above).
