The flag is white with a logo slightly shifted to top and below a stylised white inscription fimbriated black "FPP", further below the full name centred and divided into two lines in black initials. The logo displays a yellow shield fimbriated black and charged with five black inescutcheons in cross, on top of shield a green and a red ball also fimbriated black.
