Shield Vert two goats Or rampant respectant, in chief an inescutcheon Or charged with four pallets Gules, issuant from base a mound Argent crevassed Sable. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "MONTE - TERRAS DE BOURO".
Meaning:
The so proeminent inclusion of the Aragon / Catalonia inescutcheon in these arms is due to historical reasons, but I don´t know exactly which. The word "monte" means "hill" and thus these arms are partly canting.
