About the Flag

It is a fairly typical Portuguese municipal flag, with the coat of arms centred on a plain green field.

On a silver shield, 5 bunches of green leafs and silver grapes displayed lin quincunx, silver mural crown with 4 silver towers (denoting that the municipality's capital is a town) and a white scroll with the words i"VILA DE ARMAMAR" in black uppe case letters.
