Blazon: I blått et sølv turbinhjul. In English: Azure a turbine wheel argent.

I guess this is an other example of a modern charge that managed to creep into the very strict Norwegian municipal heraldic system - no doubt because it is a type of a (medieval) water wheel and would be "understandable" to medieval "eye".
