The flag of the State of Anambra in Nigeria since at
least October 2015, as seen in the Governor’s office, is yellow with a black
stripe in the fly. In the centre of the yellow panel is the Seal of the
State Government. The black stripe seems to be about 1/4 of the flag’s width,
but the exact design needs to be confirmed (as seen
here and
here)
Another design with only the central emblem of the state seal and a triangular
end for the yellow part seems to have been presented in 2014 or 2015, but I
could not locate any examples of an actual flag with this design (as seen
here and
here).
