The flag of Malta Olympic Committee is white with logo:

I think there are two shades of red, a darker for the Maltese cross
("Maltese" red) - see:
https://nocmalta.org/maltese-olympic, and a lighter red on the Olympic ring
(with "Olympic" red see:
http://fairspielen.de/
You also can see the Malta Olympic Committee logo
on https://nocmalta.org/, and
https://www.olympic.org/malta.
Both use two shades of red. I know two-shaded colors are not the vexillological
standard, but now are digital times with lots of shades.
