The flag and arms of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova are
prescribed by Decision No. 295 issued on 14 March 2016 by the Government of the
Republic of Moldova and published on 18 March 2016 in the official gazette, No.
59-67, Article 330.
The flag is composed of a rectangular (2:3) cloth,
blue with a broad white horizontal stripe (2/5 h), charged in the center with a
shield of rectangular (1/3 h) type with rounded-off base featuring the arms of
the Ministry of Justice, a yellow eagle with half-spread wings surmounting an
orb of the same color and holding a white pair of scales with equal arms,
charged on the chest with the arms of the Moldovan state (red, charged with an
auroch's head, surrounded between the horns by an eight-pointed star, dexter by
a rose and sinister by a contourned crescent, all in yellow)

The National Probation Inspectorate (Inspectoratul Național de Probațiune) is subordinated to the Ministry of Justice.
The flag and arms of the National Probation Inspectorate, approved by Order
No. 214 issued on 13 December 2019 by the Director of the Inspectorate, were
registered on the Armorial General of the Republic of Moldova by Decision No.
210 issued on 19 December 2019 by the Heraldry National Commission and published
on 28 February 2020 in the official gazette, No. 63-68, Article 233.

flag is composed of a rectangular (2:3) cloth, white, with a base (1/8 h)
composed of two horizontal stripes, black and yellow, and charged in the center
with a rectangular shield with rounded-off base (1/2 h) featuring the coat of
arms of the National Probation Inspectorate (on a black field, a yellow phoenix
[...]).
