About the flag

The flag of the Ocnita district was designed by A. Silviu-Tabac and depicted by Iurie Kaminschi. The flag was approved by the district council on December 9, 2004 and approved by the National Heraldry Commission on September 24, 2004.

The materials of the book "SIMBOLURILE NATIONALE ALE REPUBLICII MOLDOVA" were used

The flag was published in the "Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova" 2015. Anul XXII, 6 March.

The flag is red with two crossed yellow stalks of wheat overlain by a vertically placed sword with white blade and yellow hilt.
