Kisii County is located in the former Nyanza Province in southwestern
Kenya.

The county flag of Kisii comprises three equal
horizontal stripes of blue, white and green. In the centre of the flag is the
county arms, which crosses into half the width of the outer stripes, surrounded
by a wreath (gold cord).
