Located in Moriguchi City Osaka Prefecture and established in 1988. The university flag has bluish purple background with a white school mark in the center. The bluish purple color represents the sea and Western civilization, ideals, and intelligence. The O in the school mark represents the earth and harmony, the I represents people and autonomy, and the U represents global ideas about the earth, future orientation and progress.
