Located in Hiroshima City Hiroshima Prefecture and established in 1967. The embroidered ceremonial flag has red background with a white emblem in gold fringe. The university vertically long flag has red background with a white emblem. The emblem of the university was adopted in 1967. The emblem represents the founding spirit of the school, "Respect with Harmony", by placing the kanji character 石 for "Ishi", the character for "Ishida Gakuen" in the character 學 for "Gaku" of the university, which was founded in 1907 by the school founder Yonesuke Ishida.
