The flag of Isen town is dark blue with symbol.

The town emblem was adopted on Jan 1st 1962 but there is no flag law. The blue flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized kanji 伊 I of Isen. The circle symbolizes a peace and the large wings do a soar.
