The Flag

The flag of the city of Naruto is blue with mark. I found two shades of blue.

The city emblem was adopted on Nov 7th 1947 by Ordinance No 36 but there is no flag law. The purple flag has a white city emblem in the center. The city emblem depicts a whirling wave. The inside of the circle symbolize the towns which use each character to strongly make a leap forward like a whirl and unlimitedly develop. As a whole, it represents a smooth prosperity of the city.
