The town emblem and the flag were adopted on Mar 1st 2006 by Notice No 1 and
2. The white flag has a green and a blue two color town emblem in the center.
The town emblem is a stylized Y of Yosano. It represents an abundant nature such
as water, green and sky and an image of the town which makes a leap forward to
the future. The flag proportion is 2:3.
