The city emblem was adopted on Mar 28th 2005 by Notice No 1 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a blue and green two color city emblem in the center. The city emblem represents that the three town’s merge created a new city with uplifting feeling and the people are vividly living in rich nature. It also indicates the city grows living together with Kiso River water.

Hirata Town / 平田町
