The Town emblem was adopted in May 1956 but there is no flag law. The blue flag has a white town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized kanji 安八 Anpachi. The circle symbolizes the towns peaceful reconciliation , the upper triangle of the letter 安 does the towns development and the letter 八 does Ibi River and Nagara River.
