This is the flag of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce. (Their website is www.cgcc.org.hk)

Two interesting points:

  1. the main colour of the flag unambiguously signifies the political sympathies of this organization.
  2. the white triangle is equilateral, which means it extends more than half the length of this (proportion 2:3) flag.
