The Ndowe ethnic group live in the coastal regions of Equatorial Guinea. Unsatisfied with their political status, they have formed a movement called Etomba a Ndowe which has proclaim an unrecognized state called Republica de Ikume-Mbongo. Details of the movement can be found here.
The flag of the movement has a red cross on a blue background.  A yellow
five-point star is found in each corner of the flag with the emblem of the
movement in the centre, surrounded by its motto,  Ta Ugangano Na Ngu.
