Following his ascension to the throne on 24 September 2022, King Charles initally used the Royal Standard at Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle.
Subsequently, the Album des Pavillons 2023 illustrates the personal flag of
the new sovereign, which is blue with royal cypher (but only with C), and with
royal Tudor crown.
I haven’t found any pictorial evidence of this flag.

The design of the Royal Cypher of HM King Charles III of the United Kingdom
and of the Commonwealth Realms has just been revealed.

Importantly, unlike Queen
Elizabeth II which used St. Edward's Crown, the new Royal Cypher reverts to the
Tudor Crown, last used by King George VI. (Except in Scotland which continues to
use the Crown of Scotland.)
The most immediate flag change would be that
of Military Authorities Afloat which displays the
Royal Cypher. It is yet to be seen how the Royal Cypher on the personal flags of
the King in the Commonwealth Realms would look like, and if other flags
depicting the Crown would be changed as well.

The Coronation emblem pays tribute to The King's love of the natural world
unifying the flora of the four nations of the United Kingdom; the rose of
England, the thistle of Scotland, the daffodil of Wales and the shamrock of
Northern Ireland. Together, the flowers create the shape of St Edward's Crown,
with which his Majesty The King was crowned during the Coronation Service at
Westminster Abbey, on Saturday May, 2023. The emblem has been designed using the
red, white and blue of the union flag.
The emblem was featured throughout
the historic celebrations in May, including the Coronation Service at
Westminster Abbey and the Coronation Concert at Windsor Castle, as well as
national events, street parties and community gatherings. The emblem was also
used for all official merchandise commemorating the Coronation of The King and
The Queen Consort, and across digital and social media.
The official
emblem of the Coronation of His Majesty The King and Her Majesty The Queen
Consort was unveiled by Buckingham Palace. Created by the internationally
revered designer Sir Jony Ive KBE and his creative collective, LoveFrom (https://www.lovefrom.com),
the emblem symbolises and celebrates the historic beginning of the new Reign.
The emblem is superimposed in the middle of the Union Jack and there's also a
plain white background with the emblem in the middle.
