Description of the Flag

Blackburn Rovers FC has one of the most famous and certainly one of the most interesting football logos in the UK, and it is certainly recognized through the North West of England. It features the Red Rose of Lancashire, while its motto, 'Arte et Labore', or Art and Work', is justly famous throughout the region as well. Although there does not seem to be a flag listed for the club on a Googlesearch, I myself have seen two versions of this flag when Rovers have played either Liverpool or Everton. One is a plain white flag with the logo centered, and the second, which I have only seen on the rear windows of cars, consists of a rectangle divided per pale blue and white (the colors of the home strip of the club), with the logo centered.
