Description of the Flag

The town of Dawlish in Devon, England, has a white flag with town coat of arms on it. I used the arms from the upper left corner and the small picture down left to reconstruct this flag.

Dawlish does not have a grant of arms: this something they put together themselves. The top right section is the arms of Edward the Confessor, the bottom section presumably is for SS Peter and Paul.
