Saint-Nolff (3,952 inhabitants, 2,592 ha) is a commune in the Morbihan department.

The oldest mention of Saint-Nolff dates back to a document from 1375. The 16th and 17th centuries saw the construction of many religious buildings, including the chapels of Sainte-Anne, Saint-Aman and Saint-Colomban, as well as the church of Saint-Mayeul in the town. The parish was established as a commune in 1790.

The former mayor of the commune (between 1995 and 2014) Joël Labbé was in 2005 at the origin of an anti-GMO decree, prohibiting any cultivation of GMOs on the territory of the commune. The decree was
invalidated by the administrative court of Rennes. The municipality has been a member of the "communes of the world" since 1997, and a flag symbolizing Peace was created in this spirit. The flag can be seen during commemorative ceremonies and on the masts of the commune (with the flags of France, EU, Brittany, Tibet and Spain [Saint-Nolff is twinned with Pedrajas de San Esteban]).
