Description of the flag

Seven horizontal stripes, white and blue, the bottom stripe being half-width of the others, a white square three stripes deep in the canton, bearing a red crescent surrounded by a ring of 12 red stars.

Flag seen by FIAV President Mr. Michel Lupant who visited the island in Aug 2009 after ICV23.
