A pro-Zeila/Lughaya state organisation which represents Ethiopian Issas in
London is called the Sitti Civil Society. The organisation also operates
in Ethiopia and uses a flag comprising five unequal horizontal stripes of light
blue, white - fimbriated in yellow - and green with the society's emblem in the
centre of the flag on the white stripe.
