The company is based in Aarhus. The 1st flag was white with a dark blue serifed inscription "UniFeeder" at bottom and a dark blue logo in centre. The logo displays a dark blue "U" in bend with shortened right arm, intertwined with a dark blue "F" in bend with rounded upper arm (see image above). The 2nd flag is white with a dark blue serifed inscription "Unifeeder" at bottom and the dark blue logo in centre, superimposing seven thin light blue horizontal stripes.

The company was based in Middelfart and established in 1995 as a subsidiary of A/S United Shipping & Trading Co., which was founded in 1989 when Tørben Østergaard-Nielsen, owner and managing director of the entire group, decided to become the co-owner of a few smaller tankers. According to source Uni-Tankers was formed in 1989 and then operated in its current form from 1995. The flag is white with the company logo and below an inscription "UNI-TANKERS". The current version has a simplified white swan with red beak and dark blue inscription. The older version has a black inscription in italics and the swan is on a lighter shade of blue, more elaborated and without beak.

Dampskibsselskabet Urania
