Meaning:
Böllen is the smallest municipality of Baden-Württemberg (107 inhabitants). It became an independent municipality in 1809. Local seals from the 19th century displayed either an initial "B" or the Badenian bend. The State Archive made a draft of the arms in 1902. The mount is representing the Belchen, the 2nd highest mountain in the Black Forest
