Shield Gules, enhanced parted by a fess wavy Argent, charged with a millrind Sable, in base a water lily leaf Or.
Meaning:
Fess and millrind are taken from the canting arms of the Eisenreich kin, who owned the local district (Bavarian: Hofmark) from 1585 until 1681. The name of the kin means "fess with millrind". The fess wavy is furthermore canting for the municipality itself, referring to the suffix "-bach" (= creek). The leaf is taken from the family arms of the Gumppenberg kin, who owned the district from 1681 until the 20th century. The family also had the local cognisance.
