Boskovice town flag proposal

 The flag of Boskovice, Blansko district, was sent for approval 21 Sep 2001, and an image is at this webpage - the image has yellow figments, but the coat of arms doesn't have that; also there is a bit of asymmetry...

Naturally, the flag should be red and white, with no yellow. However, according to the figure legend, this is a proposal that is to be sent to the parliamentary subcommittee.
