Description of the flag

NOSM has two campuses at Laurentian University and Lakehead University, but it is not a part of either school.
There was not a flag that I could find, but there is a logo:

The name changed from Northern Ontario School of Medicine to NOSM University in April 2022.
No flag has been spotted, though the Franco-Ontarien flag is used.
