Description of the flag

I am attaching the design of a flag I saw on Cuban Canadians' flag seen at a manifestation they held in Montreal. in front of Le Journal de Montréal. There's another variant with their web and email address on its white bands.

The name of the organization translates as "Canadian Cubans for a Democratic Cuba". Their acronym is "CCCD".
