Four wavy light blue horizontal stripes on a white field, the municipal arms
in the fly, a Scottish St. Andrews cross overlain by a red maple leaf as a
canton. "Cum 'nad Chuimhne ar Sinnsre" means "Keep In Remembrance Our Fathers"
(occasionally seen on plaques of remembrance in Scotland).
