The flag of the Municipality of East Hants (the status is District) Nova Scotia, is white with the district arms on it. Here is the description I got:
The flag crest [sic] places focus on the three historical industries in
East Hants of forestry (tree on bottom left), farming (wheat on bottom
right) and ship building (top panel) (WD Lawrence, etc.) I believe the sun
over the wheat was meant to highlight our spectacular scenery but I'm not
entirely sure on this one. The waves (blue lines) in the top panel behind
the ship represent our highest tides.
The flag was designed by
Neville Glover, who was the Chief Administrative Officer of the Municipality
of East Hants at the time. (Year of adoption of the flag is unknown).

Thanks to Amanda Hatfield, Administrative Assistant, for information and
	photo of the flag.
About the district:
"East Hants is a municipal
district in Hants County, Nova Scotia. With its administrative seat in
Milford Station, the district occupies the eastern half of Hants County from
the Minas Basin to the boundary with Halifax County, sharing this boundary
with the West Hants municipal district. Its most settled area is in the
Shubenacadie Valley. It has population of 21,387." - from Wikipedia:
